for the electronic sales (online) of tickets for cultural events through the Entase web platform
These General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of tickets by electronic means (hereinafter for short "General Terms") apply to all contracts for the purchase and sale of tickets concluded electronically through a web-based platform: entase.com.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TICKETS SUBJECT TO SALE
- The subject of purchase and sale contracts concluded via the Entase web platform are tickets for cultural events (theatrical productions, cultural, entertainment and other events), hereinafter referred to as "the events" or "the event".
- On the website of Entase, basic information is published for each separately organized Event, containing the name of the organizer of the Event, the performers, the date, time and venue of the Event, etc.
- The tickets sold entitle the holder to attend the relevant event.

MERCHANT IDENTIFICATION
- Tickets are sold via the Entase web platform, which is an online sales system that is administered by Entase, Inc. with its headquarters in Oregon, USA. Address for correspondence: 9450 SW Gemini Dr PMB 47339, Beaverton, OR 97008, USA.
- When selling tickets, Entase, Inc. acts and concludes online contracts for the sale of tickets on behalf and at the expense of the relevant organizer of the event (cultural organization that organizes the event).

EVENT ORGANIZERS
- Cultural events for which tickets are sold electronically via the Entase web platfrm are organized by third parties other than the ticket seller Entase, Inc. These third parties, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers", have the obligation to provide the ticket holders with access to the relevant event and are responsible for conducting the event.
- The organizer determine the place and time of the event, the price of the tickets and all other characteristics and conditions under which the event will be held, including the conditions under which they will make any changes in the participants, as well as changes related to date, time and the venue of a given event and the way of notifying customers of the changes that have occurred.
- If the Organizer fails to fulfill its obligations in relation to an event, including if the Organizer cancels the event, the latter is directly responsible by law to the persons who purchased the tickets for their compensation and for the return of the amounts paid. Entase, Inc. is not responsible for the conduct of the event, for the fulfillment of the organizer's obligations and for the quality of the event, as well as for the return of paid sums.
- The organizer of the event entrusts Entase, Inc. with the distribution and sale of tickets for the relevant event, and in the sale of tickets, Entase, Inc. acts on behalf and at the expense of the relevant organizer of the event. Entase, Inc. is authorized by the organizer of the event to conclude online contracts for the sale of tickets and to receive on his behalf and at his expense the payments for the ticket prices from users - buyers, transferring the amounts received to the organizer according to the conditions agreed between them.
- The name of the Organizer of the relevant event and the seat and management address of the latter are published on the Entase web platform, in the description of the corresponding event. The name of the Organizer is indicated in the receipt confirming the conclusion of the contract for the purchase - sale of a ticket electronically, which is generated by the Entase system and is sent to the user - user of the website (buyer) in accordance with Article 4, paragraph .3 of these General Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS
- By ordering a ticket via the Entase web platform, the User - user of the website (buyer) makes a statement of the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of a ticket electronically within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Commerce. This statement binds the user - user (buyer), and the order cannot be refused or changed.
- To purchase a ticket via the Entase web platform, the buyer must complete the following 5 steps:
Step 1 – Selection of event
Step 2 – Seat selection or category
Step 3 – Providing buyer's name and surname, phone number and e-mail; When the organizer has announced the possibility of issuing a special ticket purchased at a preferential price, the user-buyer also enters additional data necessary for the issuance of the special ticket (retired/student/group/disabled).
Step 4 – Selection of payment method
Step 5 – Purchase - After the successful completion of the steps described in para. 2, the buyer receives an email from the Entase system confirming the receipt of the statement on the conclusion of the contract for the purchase of a ticket electronically and an electronic document (ticket) certifying the online purchase of a ticket through the data system for the date, time, event, price.
- When the buyer orders a ticket, the Entase system reserves for the buyer the seats chosen by him.
- The payment of the ticket price is made online in the Entase system by paying with a bank card through a virtual POS of the Stripe Inc. system, through the payment systems PayPal, EasyPay or other payment service providers.
- Entase, Inc. complies with PCI Compliance, as the credit/debit card information is received in the Stripe servers, where the payment itself is also processed. Entase, Inc. have no access to this information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR STORAGE AND SHOW OF TICKETS WHEN EVENTS ARE HELD
- Each user - user of the Entase web platform (buyer) is obliged to keep his ticket until completion at the event.
- In case the user has purchased the so-called special ticket at a preferential price provided for a certain type of category of persons (retirees/students/groups/disabled), he is obliged to certify his status with an official document.

REFUSAL OF PURCHASED TICKETS
- According to Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of Art. 50 - 56 on the user's right to withdraw from the distance contract in the 14-day reflection period do not apply in relation to the provision of services related to entertainment activities. In connection with the stated legal basis, customers have no right of refusal from electronically purchased tickets for entertainment events.

EVENT CANCELATION AND REFUNDING
- In case of cancellation of an event, the Organizer of the event is responsible for the return of the amounts paid for the tickets and for the compensation of the persons who suffered damages due to the cancellation of the event. The cancellation of the event represents failure by the Organizer of the assumed obligation to hold the event and ensure its visit by the user - ticket buyer.
- In the event that the holding of the event for the specified date and time is cancelled, the Organizer announces in the Entase system in a timely manner information about this, as well as information about a new date and time of the holding of the event, if such has been determined, as well as about the possibilities and the conditions under which the persons who purchased tickets can refund the amounts paid by them or, at their choice, use the issued tickets for the new date and time of the event.
- Users who purchased tickets online should be notified at the e-mail address they specified regarding the information under the previous paragraph 2.
- If an event is canceled, the Event Organizer shall provide users who have purchased and paid for tickets online through the Entase system, the opportunity to choose to revalidate their tickets or to receive the amounts paid by them in cash at its ticket office, or to choose to inform him by e-mail whether they wish to use the purchased ticket for the new date and time of the event or wish to have the amounts paid by them refunded by bank transfer to the bank account specified by them.
- In case of non-fulfilment of the Organizer's obligation to refund the sums paid for the tickets, users can address their requests for refund of the paid price directly to the Organizer at its management address indicated in the description of the event, or file a complaint against the Organizer before the competent state authorities.

OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
- Users have access to out-of-court dispute resolution procedures with the assistance of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies. These ADR bodies are recognized and regulated by relevant authorities in your region.
- To facilitate access to online alternative dispute resolution for EU users, a link to the platform has been published at Entase - the EU on Online Dispute Resolution entitled "Online Dispute Resolution" - webgate.ec.europa.eu.
The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the user - user of the Entase web platform, makes them an integral part from the contract for the purchase and sale of tickets concluded electronically through that platform.
